MPA LAW hosted an event at the Fauna Hotel in Buenos Aires, where our Managing Partner Paula Aguila gave a presentation about obtaining evidence in the U.S. for use in foreign feedings.

Partners Paula Aguila and Monica Amador won entitlement to all attorney’s fees from 2019 until 2024 in favour of Claudia Villafañe in the case filed by soccer legend Diego Armando Maradona alleging a multimillion-dollar fraud in Miami. This is in addition to winning the entire case in summary judgment last year and winning sanctions against Maradona earlier this year.
