MPA LAW successfully proved to Miami-Dade County Judge Carlos Rodríguez that Maradona had made misleading statements in his complaint against Claudia Villafañe. As a result, MPA LAW won sanctions in the amount of $85,480.79 against the estate of Diego Armando Maradona. These sanctions are in addition to Villafañe’s claim for attorney’s fees after MPA LAW won the case on summary judgment last year.
